In Memoriam
This recording is dedicated to the memory of Fred Jeffery,
'65, who passed from this life in May 1999. He was a devoted
member and officer of the Florida College Alumni Chorus
since its inception in 1992. He has been a particpant in
every recording since that time. Fred and his wife, Sheran (Wilsher)
'67, also a charter member of the chorus, loved Florida
College and loved to sing these hymns. We are honored to
dedicate these "Precious Memories" to our beloved Fred.
About This Recording
In selecting the hymns which we used in this years
recording, we wanted to use hymns which might have been sung
by either your mother or father, or your grandparents. With
this in mind, when we had more than one arrangement, we
chose the one we thought was oldest.
We hope you enjoy these precious memories.
